Spend the day at FELC Being real: capturing confidence with photography. This hands on kids photography session will help them express who they are and what they like. Forgot the glamour shot - no make up or fanciness needed! Each participant will be the photographer & the model!

About the event
Being real: capturing confidence with photography
Having a positive identity in today’s world is challenging as our children are regularly impacted with various social medias and what defines pretty. Today’s workshop will allow students to have their own mini photo shoots to show what they are passionated; pretty is about confidence. They will learn basic photography skills, receive hands-on picture taking experience throughout the grounds of FELC. Students will receive their own copy of Strong is the New Pretty book and created their own printed version.
Students will work in pairs so sign up with a buddy or meet a new friend. Not required, but it is helpful if the student can bring digital camera or smart phone. Fee $50.00 due the day of camp. Ages 8-12. Space is limited.
