Crafting & Power Tools Liability Waiver/Release for Use of Likeness

Please carefully read this. It is a legal document that affects your legal rights.     I express my desire to participate in workshops and classes at Rustic Flair & Brush and I know that I may use power tools, cutting instruments and other items in many of the classes. I understand that using these types of tools can be dangerous and can create certain risks, including, but not limited to personal injury, illness, death, or property damage. I choose to use these types of tools at my own risk and do hereby release and forever discharge and hold harmless Rustic Flair & Brush, Flair 37, LLC, the other individual companies that will be teaching, as well as their successors and assigns from any and all liability, claims, and demands of whatever kind of nature, either in law or in equity, which arise from my class or booth-side activities with Rustic Flair & Brush. I understand that this release discharges the above classroom companies and instructors of all liability for any injury that occurs in a Rustic Flair & Brush event, beyond what may be freely offered in the event of injury or medical expense.     In addition, I hereby grant the right and license to use my name, likeness, image, voice, biographical information and any other indicia of my identity in connection with the Event, and publicity, advertising and promotion for the Event and future editions of the Event in all forms of media throughout the world in perpetuity without compensation.
